PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT
Window Rock, Arizona – The Navajo Administration (NEA) announces that the Inauguration for the 2020 Chapter Elections will be set for January 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. via online platform. ALL officials to be sworn in will need to report to their local governments (chapters) for this event. The Division of Community Development (DCD) will assist via chapters staff setting up phone lines and computers for the virtual inauguration. Local government staff members will be given all information for logging in and calling in for the inauguration. The NEA requests that ALL officials adhere to the Navajo Nation Public Health Orders and CDC guidelines for social distancing, use PPE and limit public access to the Chapter Houses for this inauguration.
